SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and any announced business closures.

During collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once an order has been shipped, not when it is placed.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Savity Season currently ships within the United Kingdom and internationally to selected destinations.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us prior to placing an order.


SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners including, but not limited to:

  • Royal Mail

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Parcelforce

The shipping carrier used will be determined by destination, parcel size, insurance requirements, item value, and operational needs.

High-value orders may be upgraded to a fully tracked, signed, or insured service at Savity Season's discretion.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring they are available to receive delivery where required.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United Kingdom

Orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, Signed For, or Special Delivery.

Estimated delivery:
1–3 business days after dispatch

Europe

Estimated delivery:
3–10 business days after dispatch

United States

Estimated delivery:
5–10 business days after dispatch

Rest of World

Estimated delivery:
5–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included within the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Savity Season has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what fees may be applied.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, abandonment, or destruction of parcels by customs authorities.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Savity Season is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect postcodes

  • Incorrect contact information

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the parcel can be resent.


LOST PARCELS

A parcel will not be considered lost until the courier's investigation process has been completed.

If a parcel appears lost in transit, customers should contact Savity Season as soon as possible.

Any claim relating to a lost parcel will be handled in accordance with the courier's procedures and timelines.

Savity Season reserves the right to await the outcome of the courier investigation before issuing any replacement, refund, or compensation.


DELIVERED PARCELS

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Savity Season is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Parcels left in a designated safe place

  • Deliveries accepted by neighbours

  • Deliveries accepted by household members

  • Deliveries accepted by concierge, reception, or mailroom staff

Customers should contact the courier directly if they believe a delivered parcel cannot be located.


REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned due to failed delivery attempts, or returned due to unpaid customs charges:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund

  • Customs charges may be deducted from any refund

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the parcel to be resent

If a parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or deemed unrecoverable by the courier or customs authority, no refund will be issued.


HIGH-VALUE DESIGNER ORDERS

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Savity Season reserves the right to:

  • Require signature confirmation upon delivery

  • Require address verification

  • Require identity verification

  • Upgrade shipping services

  • Cancel and refund orders deemed high-risk or potentially fraudulent

These measures help protect both Savity Season and our customers.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Savity Season shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Industrial action

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Operational delays by shipping carriers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
