Cancellation policy

By placing an order through Savity Season, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, product descriptions, and terms outlined prior to purchase.

All customers are responsible for reviewing item details, sizing, measurements, condition notes, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Product Availability

As many items sold by Savity Season are rare, vintage, archival, sourced, or one-of-one pieces, stock is extremely limited.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout has been successfully completed.

In rare circumstances where an item becomes unavailable, oversold, or cannot pass final quality inspection, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Vintage & Archival Disclaimer

Many products sold are vintage or preloved designer items and may show signs of age, storage wear, oxidation, glue marks, fading, sole wear, or other minor imperfections consistent with vintage fashion.

These characteristics are not considered faults unless significantly different from the item description.

Please understand:

  • Vintage items may age further over time
  • Wearability/longevity cannot be guaranteed after use
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings

Any major flaws known at the time of listing will always be disclosed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice due to market demand, sourcing costs, rarity, currency conversion, or platform fees.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The item has already been shipped
  • Tracking has been generated
  • The item has been specially sourced or secured for the customer
  • The order is part of a custom sourcing arrangement

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees or sourcing costs already incurred.

Sourced & Special Order Items

Items sourced specifically upon customer request are considered final sale.

Because Savity Season may purchase these items upfront from external suppliers or collectors, customers are committing to the purchase once payment has been made.

Failure to complete agreed payments for sourced items may result in future purchase restrictions.

Pre-Order / On The Way Items

Some items listed on Savity Season may be marked as “Pre-Order” or “On The Way.” These are items that have already been secured by Savity Season but are still in transit to us before being shipped to the customer.

By purchasing a pre-order/on the way item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item is not currently in-hand at the time of purchase
  • Shipping and dispatch times will be longer than standard orders
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change due to courier delays, customs processing, supplier delays, or international transit issues
  • Tracking information will only be provided once the item arrives with Savity Season and has been dispatched to the customer

All pre-order/on the way sales are considered final once the item has been secured on your behalf.

Please understand that many of these pieces are rare, archival, vintage, or sourced internationally, meaning delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.

If a sourced item arrives significantly different from expected condition or cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted and offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative solution/store credit where appropriate

Purchasing a pre-order item confirms acceptance of these terms and the extended waiting period associated with sourced luxury/vintage goods.

Fraud Prevention

Savity Season reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Reselling scams
  • Suspicious payment behaviour
  • False shipping information

Additional verification may occasionally be requested before dispatch.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Savity Season first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

False chargebacks relating to delivered or accurately described items may be contested using shipment tracking, proof of delivery, listing descriptions, and communication records.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay customs/import charges resulting in the parcel being returned:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs and any customs charges may be deducted from the refund
  • In some cases, parcels abandoned by customs may not be eligible for refund
